About me
Myles Derabertis
I'm a senior public policy major at Hamilton College, currently conducting quantitative research on how to incentivize corporations to remain in Delaware, following the recent departure of various large corporations. My previous research includes federal education policy, and how the Every Student Succeed Act impacted American education, and I have also researched how voting behaviors in the 2024 Presidential Election were correlated with tolerance of a candidate's evidence of sexual harassment. In conducting my research, I use R, to clean, transform, and visualize data to better inform my analysis.

Outside of my academic pursuits, I am the Treasurer of three organizations on campus, the Hamilton College Pre-Law Club, Hillel at Hamilton, and Hamilton Herbivores Club. Additionally, over the past two summers, I have interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and the Delaware Office of the Inspector General. These experiences have led me to become very passionate about public interest law, and I am applying to law schools this cycle. I hope to pursue a career in either criminal or administrative/government law.
